honda99Honda 9.9 hp 4 stroke will not idle more than 1 minute - BF9.9APicked up this outboard, but it won't start and lower unit is leaking too. Time to rebuilt it....I've just bought a Honda 9.9 BF9.9A serial BABL 1202139 on ebay. Seems to be in reasonable condition and am going through it to check and make sure all is good before using
